Mr. Crab is powered by a large language model and is provided for general informational convenience only. Its responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. In particular:

• Availability — the calendar shown on the Site is a best-effort sync from Airbnb and may not reflect real-time bookings. Always confirm availability directly with the host before making travel plans.
• Pricing — any prices mentioned by Mr. Crab or displayed on the Site are indicative only and subject to change without notice.
• Local information — recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities are generated by AI and may be out of date.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from reliance on AI-generated information. Always verify important details with the host.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Luxurious Villa Port Dickson and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
